About "Verified" listings

A "Verified" badge means we confirmed certain documentation (such as a police/vulnerable sector check, proof of insurance, and applicable registration) at the time the provider was listed. This is a documentation check only. It is not a guarantee of safety, quality, competence, or current status. Documents may expire or change after verification.

About "Listed" providers

Providers marked "Listed" have not completed our verification. Their information is drawn from public sources and is shown for convenience only. We have not checked their credentials.

Your responsibility

Before hiring anyone, you should independently verify their credentials, insurance, references, and suitability, meet them in person, and use your own judgment. Choosing a caregiver is your decision.
