By using GTA Senior Care Finder, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we are

GTA Senior Care Finder is an information and matching service. We list independent caregivers, Personal Support Workers, and home-care agencies, and we help families find them. We do not employ, screen for safety, supervise, endorse, recommend, or guarantee any provider. Any contract for care is strictly between you and the provider you choose.

Verification and listings

A "Verified" badge means we confirmed certain documentation at the time of listing. It is not a guarantee of safety, quality, or fitness. Providers marked "Listed" have not completed verification. Information about providers is gathered from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for independently confirming any provider's credentials, insurance, and suitability before hiring.

Content on this site, including cost figures and guides, is general information only and is not legal, medical, or financial advice. Cost ranges are estimates, not quotes.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTA Senior Care Finder is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the site, from any provider's acts or omissions, or from reliance on any information here. You release GTA Senior Care Finder from claims arising out of the conduct of any provider.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by GTA Senior Care Finder unless otherwise noted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
